So I’ve decide to start a new training program (diet, strenght and cardio) with the goal to drop 45-50 Lbs. (I want to start competing (Judo) in the 90Kg. division), so I’m gonna be posting my training schedule, goals, and diary type entries thru this blog and hopefully have a reference point from beggining to end (also I would like to review books, training tools and videos as they come by).
also I’m a music fanatic and a guitar player, so everyonce in a while I will have random thoughs on music and instruments (hopefully).
